Kimberly the Leasing Agent was amazing she has a very pleasant personality. Update I moved in a week ago and my maintenance issues were handled expeditiously I forgot his name but he said he has been working this property since May of this year (2024) keep him y’all got a great team. I’m Happy🤗

I’m a new resident here at City Park. First off, customer service means a lot to me and with Leasing Staff & manager Shirley Mathis you feel at home before your lease is even signed. I was offered drinks and snacks and a tour on my first visit to the property. When I toured the two bedroom two bathroom apartment it was amazing, very spacious and luxury. The kitchen and the bathroom in my unit is tiled beautifully and everywhere else is carpeted. The property grounds is extremely clean at all times & quiet. As a resident you access to a car wash, play ground for the kids, gym, on-site laundry room, and a huge pool.I’m
