My apartment itself was fine. The property manager I worked with also was fine. The building - sucked. The management company - worse. They raised my rent by 100/mo from year 1-2, and then wanted to raise it by 200 for year 2-3. Yet they did nothing to the building for repairs, didnt do anything to my apartment to make it nicer.

Really enjoyed my first year and a half here but now they fired the building manager and hired a call center rep Becky Love to be in charge of the whole building. Made us pay 300$ extra in rent because she “took down the wrong bank information” even though we have been paying rent the same way for the last 18 months, and states that, there’s nothing to be done about the late fees from her own mistake, your better off living anywhere else if you don’t want extra fees added to your account
