Under new Management yay the new manager Claudia is the best! She strives to make us happy. She is all about her residents and does so many activities for all of us who live here. She does Resident Appreciation Day once a month. As far as maintenance they have gotten way better. So Happy i live here.

Claudia was the greatest! I messaged her later in the evening, knowing she would be on her down time, and still got a response from her about the apartments! We scheduled a walk through for the following day. My boyfriend and I arrived a little after 5pm due to his work schedule and traffic and she was waiting for us! Made the walk through simple and when made know about my boyfriends work truck that carry’s lots of tools, she showed us an apartment on the first floor where he would be able to park the truck right in front of the apartment! She waited while we filled out the application 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
