The 9 room, 1950 sq ft unit is generously spacious. It occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of a 2 unit building, recently renovated with a nice and well appointed kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The condo features 4 bedrooms, a small office, a den, as well as a living room, and dining room, with 2 full bathrooms so you will not have to retreat to your room to get space. The street features plenty of parking and the house has a drive way in the case of snow emergencies and other special circumstances when off street parking is necessary or desired.
