I don’t live here, but I would like to one day in the future. I just won’t go through racist Butler Properties anymore. The outside of the apartments are run down. Lots of rust and definitely needs a new paint job. I love the inside set up with garage. I’ll try back next year around this time and hopefully you’ve done something about the outside.

do not rent from these apartments. i have been without air for days. i have yet to get anyone to come out and service the A/C....i asked for a corporate number ....manager got mad and hung up on me.
