I just recently moved in, and just had to write a review. If course the amenities are amazing and the building and decor is beautiful. Bur what has stood out more to me than anything is the leasing office staff and maintenance people. They have been absolutely amazing and have addressed any questions or concerns immediately. It truly makes such a big difference when you see that they care. All of the staff have been super nice, but I have to give a special shoutout to Michael, who made my move-in process such a great experience.

I've lived here at the Plaza at Sherman Oaks for 5+ years now. My whole experience here has been wonderful, phenomenal, and exciting every day brings something new. Starting off with the staff Vicky who has been here my whole lease terms do she has been nothing but wonderful, accommodating, and a rock star. Lori who is the new Community Manager since November is really holding it down, she is super attentive too all the progress being made towards the community and always showing concern to the residence Which i do appreciate She has taken care of many situations that the old management would take forever to handle complete or start , She works very hard to try to please us all, I am loving all the new projects that are completed and those that are about to start. No place is perfect but definitely appreciated The Plaza At Sherman Oaks for making my living situation comfortable.Thanks to the plaza At Sherman Oaks and especially thanks to Lori you are the plaza Rock now let's rock and roll.
