The apartments are not bad with some old school charm- 3.5 stars. Pros: Good size and layouts. Cons: No AC and parking is on the street which is permit only that you have to get from the city. The tiny elevator is better then nothing but plan on hauling most stuff up multiple flights of stairs. The 2 stars come from the management company, Power Property Management. Slow or no responses. Multiple emails and texts ignored. Calls go to voicemail that is full and if you do get someone on the phone after many tries they acted as if I was interrupting their day. Took weeks to get a lease signed when we responded to every request in less than 24 hours. Signing up with the app to pay rent takes days because they have to approve you. Very frustrating experience.
