My wife and I have been here about 9 months, and we've really appreciated Grove House's management. Shoutout to both Julia Marid and Andrew Chavez for being incredibly helpful. We also appreciate the renovations Grove House has been doing. They just finished putting up new fencing around our patio and it looks great!

The maintenance and front desk are very friendly and responsive As far as maintenance he is very nice and does a great job he replaced my dishwasher no problem. I do think he has a lot on his plate given how old the apartments are and the several problems that come along with that especially it being a one man show. Other than that he does a great job.
