We have lived in this apartment complex for a little over a year and we have no regrets moving here. I had read previous negative reviews but decided to still tour this complex and glad we did. This area has a great high school and middle school. Management has always replied back to us on a timely manner. Haver Hill is close to everything you may need. I did read that parking is terrible but honestly we have zero complaints. The maintenance guys are amazing! They are quick to reply and are always quick to get the job done and very respectful, always saying good morning or hello when encountering them in the hallways. Office may be of site but we haven't had any issues with this, they are very responsive. We did renew our lease and are hoping to renew it for another year when the time comes. Don't let negative reviews deter you from touring this place and possibly making it your home :) We have NO REGRETS AND LOVE IT HERE!

Today was the day we officially signed the leasing contract and I was greeted by Yvette Ball. I was always very upset about my poor listening and oral English, so I was always confused at the beginning. Yvette showed her patience and professionalism. She helped me with everything, including registering gas bills and so on. I really appreciate her help. If I had done it by myself, I would certainly have failed. She helped me finish everything without any complaints. I think I'm luck I met her.
