I am the senior project and production manager of a major demolition company in Orange County and have recently moved into this property and during the initial move-in there was a phenomenal young lady by the name of Ariana Ramirez who was absolutely impeccable throughout the entirety of the process. Unlike most places I have experienced recently in the Chino Hills area, at the Avalon office, Ariana was able to answer any and all of my repeated questions with ease; making the move-in process simplistic and very smooth sailing. Because of this bright gal I was able to accomplish most of the move-in process within a few hours. Due to the nature of my work, I value, cherish, and respect great customer service when I see it. If I could give 10 stars on this review, I would. I have been stoked during the move-in process at the Avalon and am even more excited to know that there is an awesome individual like Ariana on their team to handle any matters I may need. I would absolutely recommend these homes and this staff member to my friends and family in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Avalon Chino Hills, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this community is a cut above the rest. The apartments are not only clean but also exude a modern, stylish charm that makes coming home a delight. The standout feature of Avalon Chino Hills is undoubtedly the exceptional staff. Veronica and Ariana are truly the heart and soul of this place. Their professionalism and friendliness make a significant difference. They are always on hand to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that residents have everything they need for a peaceful and comfortable living experience. Their commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment is palpable and greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a modern, well-maintained community with top-notch management, Avalon Chino Hills is an excellent choice. The combination of a pristine environment and outstanding staff makes it a fantastic place to call home.
