Several chain restaurants are within each reach too – Macaroni Grill, Olive Garden, Chili’s, Applebee’s, and several Sushi Bars and Steakhouses. 1x1 security deposit will be one month’s rent starting from $1200 to $1475 And our 2x1 security deposit will be one month’s rent starting from $1500 to $1700. **Deposit for all apartments is equal to one month's rent.

I haven’t moved in yet, but I got too excited to wait. The price alone makes this apartment great. The manager is lovely as well, she has made everything stress free! I can’t wait to live here:)

Lived here for three years and went through two managers. The last manager was super cool with us. I loved my apartment and the area. We moved because we were finally able to find somewhere to live that was closer to my husband's job. But I do miss living here.
