You will enjoy 1170 sf of spacious living with washer and dryer connections, either a covered carport or enclosed patio with outside storage room. The kitchen is fully furnished with refrigerator, stove, vent hood, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Kings Crossing Apartments are all electric (Entergy Arkansas) with the water and trash paid. Don't miss out on the opportunity to call Kings Crossing Townhomes your new home! Rent: $850 Deposit: $450 Application Fee: $35 ~ When completing an application, we will need a copy of your - Drivers License (I.D.) - Social Security Card - At least 2 months worth of paystubs ~ Applicant will need to pass a credit and background check. - Approval is not necessarily dependent on the overall score but what comes back on the report. - Owing utility companies or previous rental addresses are not something we like to see as well as any felonies. Those can and will get your application denied. - If you are on a payment plan with another complex, please provide documentation to reflect. ~ We prefer a consistent job history of around 6 months. The manager is the most helpful person I have ever met in a very very very long time kept her word on making sure the apt was ready very clean and nice moved in and I hate to even check the mailbox I feel very much at home thanks so much Mrs LaWanda need more people like you on this planet called earth
