I have been here for a year next month and I’ve had a wonderful experience. My apartment was a remodeled one so when I moved in it was a very nice apartment. The property manager is nothing short of amazing to me. She’s a very understanding person and any maintenance I’ve needed done to my apartment she makes sure it gets done that day or early the next day. It’s a very quiet area. Like any other place you live, it is what you make of it. A lot of people complain about the pool not being accessible but that’s the least of my worries because me and my kids love going where the water slides are anyway. But to say the least I’ve had no problems here. The prices are good and I’d recommend them to anybody else.

Good day . I've been living at Normandy place I'll say bout 4/5 years. I have no complaints. The management and Mr Mark our maintenance is the best. I appreciate how they keep up the property and I'm disabled. , Mark checks in me and make sure I'm okay and my apartment is safe and functional. My son asked me to move with him I said no I'm good where I'm at . Thanks Mrs Lee. Ms Rosa and maintains staff. And I just live my neighbors. I'm close to stores , pharmacy and hospitals fire Department is close by. Long but thanks we are a community.
