The apartment was nice and spacious. In a good part of town. Management is terrible. Our requests for maintenance (such as, our stove stopped working) never got taken care of. Neighbors screaming at 3am, which I know is not the property management's problem but after many calls to security, the screaming continued on almost a nightly basis. 2 months after our lease was up, we still haven't received our deposit back, which we were told on our walk through that we would be receiving.

Not a place I would recommend to anyone...we applied to this apartment foolishly believing our apartment would be ready,we put down 150.00 when she verbally told me that if we decided we did not want the apartment or was denied for some reason that we would receive our money back..when we did a walk through the apartment was still dirty and was not painted like she said,unless they painted over filth,which I had seen..I asked her about the roach problem they had,she said that was no longer a problem but there were sticky traps on the floor..I understand the holding fee,but the guy wasn't even moved out when she told us about the apartment,she never had to hold the apartment for any lengh of time at all.very decieving and dishonest.. definitely not worth the money you have to spend on living!!!
