Greetings! We are so excited to grow our Dwell community and hope you find a home within our properties. We have a September leasing special for Dwell at the View. We have a look and lease special where the $100 administration fee will go towards your first month's rent if you tour and submit an application the same day. I moved in a week ago. So far so good. Leslie and Melvin are apart of the leasing staff that helped me move in. My Apartment is as nice as they said it would be. Great upgrades and spacious floor plan. Plus I love the community everyone seems cool and I feel safe.
