We have lived at Palomar Stables for over 3 years now and we have nothing but positive things to say about it!! The staff has always been courteous and kind, maintenance is incredible, landscaping outstanding. The property has ample parking, and is always kept clean. The apartments have newer appliances, perfectly sized bedrooms and the closet space is incredible. We love our little patio on our facing the walking trail behind our apartment. The gazebo area is so cute with strung lights, fire pit, grills, and plenty of seating space! This has been home to us for years and we couldn’t be happier. Also, this location is a dream, tucked away at the end of waveland, close to Kroger, the mall, target, Whole Foods, Walmart. All the benefits of Lexington, without the hustle and bustle of being inside Lexington. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment.

Super nice staff, site was clean and well-maintained. Loved the modern features inside the apartment and the fact that it was a newer complex. They do a great job keeping tenants happy and satisfied, from responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner to hosting fun events. Would highly recommend!
