My husband and I have lived here for about two years and just renewed our lease for another. We love living here. The community is usually pretty quiet and there are a lot of families. It's right next to a park with a walking trail, which we love. It's also an extremely convenient place to live- we're close to many different Krogers, extremely close to UK, and also right next to New Circle Road. I have never had an issue with management or the apartment office. The staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. I just put in my first maintenance request ever and the fridge was fixed within 30 minutes (at almost 5 o clock on a Friday, pretty awesome). Additionally, the property is always in good repair. They resurfaced the parking lots less than one year ago and do constant work on the flowers/greenery. I would definitely recommend checking out the Reserve if you're looking for a new apartment.

I have lived here since November 2013 and I enjoy it very much. They keep the grounds very nice and clean. The Staff here including Maintenance absolutely rocks. Anytime I have ever had a problem which is few once I notified them it was always fixed when I got home from work the next day. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Also has a very nice kept up pool to enjoy in the summer.
