We loved here 4 years and I will never rent from Mac Properties again. The building has rats living in the walls. At least the bottom floor does. And they have done very little and even blame the tenants for the problem. The building is poorly maintained and rats can come in thru the cupboards and walls in the kitchen of our unit. When ever we have needed repairs the repair breaks or the paint comes of the walls with in months of it, or they try to blame every problem on the tenants. Like when the sewer backed up into our toilet. They are slum lords they just bank on the good location and do the bare minimum to make the building livable. They need to completely renovated the entire building. As the floor and counters are on a slope.
