Loved living here! Janice and Harley run the show (office managers) and they are truly wonderful. They are always available to answer questions and help solve any issues. Our maintenance man Johnny is also amazing. Felt safe, overall quiet and clean. HOWEVER, my only complaint is the elevators consistently break down. In my opinion they just need to be replaced. There are multiple elevators, but if you want one close to your apartment don’t count on it, because it has literally broken down dozens of times over the years. Again staff wonderful, they can’t help the elevator situation. Overall a great place to live.

I'm sad to leave Element. Harley and Janice are great, and they always go above and beyond to help the residents at Element. There were always events going on in the clubhouse, and Harley and Janice worked really hard to promote these events and create a community. Harley also really helped me out by watering my plants for me when I was away multiple times. They made my move in super easy. My wifi box was already in my apartment when I got there. When my garage clicker wasn't working, Harley came in on the weekend to get me a new one. Nothing ever broke in my apartment. Everything was like new and in good shape. I only ever had to use maintenance once for a wasp nest on my balcony, and they came right away to help. If there were ever any issues around the building, like with trash or the elevators or parking, Harley and Janice always worked to get things fixed as quickly as possible, and communicated often through the portal to update us. I was on the top floor, so I had no one above me, but I never heard my neighbors to either side of me. The building was always very quiet, clean, and safe. I got back late from night classes most of the week, so I really appreciated the gated garage and safety of the building.
