I'm going to miss this view! I need to give special thanks to Miguel on the maintenance team and the office staff. They have made my time here amazing. The last year has been challenging but they still find ways to show their appreciation. Thank you for the last 3 years!

I relocated from Phoenix and had a great onboarding experience with Axis! Due to the distance, I was unable to physically view the apartments, however the property manager, Jenny Chapman, was very friendly and accommodating and took me on several virtual tours of the available units. In addition, Jenny sent me pictures of the units and floor plans and answered my endless list of questions (and I had A LOT of questions!). When doing my apartment search I was looking for a place that was updated, safe and had social events so I could meet people and Axis had everything I was looking for! The lobby is gorgeous, employees are personable and responsive, and there are various social events held each month such as trivia night, so tenants can get to know one another. I cannot wait for the quarantine restrictions to ease up so I can enjoy the building amenities and go to the beaches that are close by. I couldn’t be happier with my choice!
