Cannot express more gratitude for the welcome we received at Artisan on 18th. Caylee helped us secure a short term lease for my daughter who was interning at EY this summer. Kendall was incredible with our move in. Kendall went above and beyond at every turn. We had a little hiccup with the AC and Kendall herself brought and set up portable ACs until the problem could be fixed. Kendall pushed maintenance to get all the details handled before the weekend so the part could be ordered and installed by Saturday. If my child stays in Nashville after the internship we would be thrilled for her to stay at the Artisan on 18th knowing that someone like Kendall is in management.
It's a comfortable building with great amenities. Staff is always super nice (Kendall, Caylee, etc). Anything you need, they are just one call/email away. Would recommend!
I moved into the Artisan about 2 months ago and I have had a great experience so far.
We have a 2 bedroom and it’s quite spacious.
The move in process was seamless, and everything works so far.
The manager, Kendall is amazing.
She’s always willing to help and respond to issues. Great customer service.
I’ve had a great experience with the maintenance team too. They are very quick to fix stuff.
Location is perfect. Not too far from anything.
Not noisy either (except for the garbage truck that makes noise at odd hours sometimes )
100% recommend this apartment
I've lived here for just over 2 years at this point. Very fond of the facility and its excellent location in Midtown Nashville. The building isn't too busy, loud, or anything, and it's right near the bustling bars of Midtown and Music Row.
The staff does an excellent job keeping the building clean and safe. I've lived here through the tenure of a few different building managers, and Kendall really shines. She's friendly, forthcoming, and always on top of things.
Additionally, the staff is kind in providing great service, follow-ups, etc. I was late in paying my rent (an oversight on my part) and I got a personalized outreach from Connor to ensure that I could pay my rent payment without incurring a late fee. I think that is great service.
Definitely a great building if you're wanting to live in the part of Nashville that is SUPER close to the action, without all the NOISE of being IN the action. :)

THE BEST DECISION I MADE! Over a year ago when I was looking for Nashville apartments to move into, the reviews stuck out to me for Artisan on 18th. When I reached out both Kendall and Caylee were absolutely fantastic, especially Kendall who sent me video tours and extensively went over my options (move-in dates and different units). I took a chance because of the staff and the location, and I have completely fallen in love with the area and community.
So what do I love? I am a graduate student at Vanderbilt, so the 10-15 minute walk to the University is outstanding (Nashville traffic is not fun). I can walk directly to Midtown if I want to go to the local bars/restaurants, or even make my way to Centennial park. The new stainless steel appliances and amenities, especially the patios outside, make Artisan a comfortable place to live. I love going outside to read or going on my personal porch to talk with friends or have my morning tea. Also, I tend to cool off after a workout in the Artisan gym by walking outside, and I have always felt safe, even at 1 am. This makes sense as Artisan is located in one of the safest areas in Nashville, and everything is secured in the apartment building. Finally, the community events Artisan throws has allowed me to make friends within the building and meet my neighbors, which is a bonus in my eyes.
On the other hand, there were a few issues I ran across when I first moved in, like the front door not closing all of the way, hearing neighbors, or the double sinks making it hard to wash dishes. There also isn't a pool, but I don't really care about that. BUT when I reached out to Kendall about the front door, the next week a more secure door replaced the old one and we had a new Butterfly call box installed soon after (which is an awesome feature, b/c its a video call). The other small complaints I had, I just got used too.
Kendall and the rest of the staff is the reason why you should join the Artisan community! They are kind, considerate and go above and beyond to help you. It is the reason why I re-signed my lease to be honest. Also, recently a new staff member joined, Bri, and even though my interactions are few, she fits the mold of an Artisan staff member. Overall, I think Artisan on 18th is the best value you can get within the Midtown area! I highly recommend you reach out and try to get a unit while you can :)

I have been at the Artisan on 18th for almost 2 months now. With Kendall and Connor being our leasing team the process was smooth like butter. From my tour, to the application, and then to getting approved/move-in, I wouldn’t have chosen another complex. The environment is extremely safe, dog-friendly , and open arms. You also will never get bored, events are happening every month. Also, the location has every main attraction! Overall, make the Artisan your first choice!

I love this building. Kendall was so nice to my mom when her Taxi didn't show, she went out of her way on her day off and called her an Uber. She also went out of her way to help me with groceries one day. I couldn't ask for better management. Great location, great amenities, it's the best deal in Nashville!
Moving in and starting to live at the Artisan was a great experience! The process of getting my stuff inside, parking, and using the elevators was pain free and Kendall really helped with everything! Both folks at the front office (Kendall and Caylee) were helpful with the multiple questions I had throughout the day.
