Little diamond in the rough over here. The maintenance team does a pretty good job taking care of the place despite its age and area of town. Prices are fair. Only issue is the current office maneger is fairly unprofessional. Office is costly closed with a "Be back at_" sign on it. Vape pen right on his desk all day. Does not give receipts for rent payments. The last to managers were both friendly and professional. (Written 6/28)
