I've lived here for over 4 years. That maitainance and Erica in management are the best and take care of business. Haven't seen a single Roach or Bed bug or I'mleaving tomorrow. If you have them , you brought them and multiplied them. The a/c and heating work right. Maintenance request are on time. Neighbors that either say hello or don't bother you. I would give them as many stars as they want in the sky. Thank you

it isn't perfect, it's a 30+ year old complex with occasional leaks and loose plugs as well as small. but if you live minimalist and view an apartment first it could be ideal. the location is awesome. laundry updated and it's clean. you can pick and choose your negatives, but it's a good place to live. that's why I'd had neighbors that lived there over a decade. wish I never left.
