I moved in around end of April and there has been a lot of changes in management but I want to shout out Elizabeth in the office and John from maintenance. My ac started blowing out warm air in the beginning of August. As soon as I went in to the office, Elizabeth was very polite and friendly. She helped me get signed up for the new portal right away and put a maintenance request while I was standing there. She made it high priority and not even an hour later, John came to look at my AC. While what he tried didn’t work, he told me to call back tomorrow if that didn’t solve the issue and they’d get someone to fix it tomorrow. And just like he said, it got fixed that next day! It was incredible how quick they managed to get this taken care of for me. My last apartment let me go over two weeks when it was 100+ that entire two weeks so to be taken care of so well means so so much to me. Thank you again and I think these apartments are pretty nice. Big walk in closets, in building laundry, and friendly and helpful staff. Haven’t had any issues with neighbors or parking. Located right next to an elementary school and I think it’s a decent area. Located near lots of restaurants and stores.

I moved in about a month ago and saw a huge transition just within this month. There is a lot going on, renovation of hallways, and doors. The older apartments are good but the new ones they renovated are beautiful. The office staff is amazing. The maintenance is really kind and lets you know if something needs to be ordered and how long it will take. The big issue though are the tenants that have been there for a really long time and they end up complaining and unreasonable. But other than that, my apartment is spacious and I'm really happy here.
