We've lived at Mission 106 for almost a year. Previously, we lived in a nearby complex for 2 years, and before that in our own OP home. Apartment life has huge advantages and a few disadvsntages for us. That said, Mission 106 is superb in every way. Exercise room (with free weekly classes with trainer), free monthly car service rides, lovely and uncrowded pool, on-site massages at very reasonable cost, lovely landscaping, superb maintenance and super friendly/helpful office staff, quiet, social activities, social space, 2 great suites to rent for guests, excellent location for retail, food, and walking trails. Our dog loves that! Huge shout out from us!

I moved to 106 on November 11. My impressions have been very positive. The building is well maintained. The managers are unfailingly cheerful and knowledgeable of details. The maintenance crew is superb.
