I have lived here for 8 months now and have had zero issues. I absolutely love my experience living here. The people here are very welcoming and always helpful. I started in a studio and am now in a 2 bedroom with the most amazing view of the city. The rooftop is also a great place to hangout and grill. The maintenance team will respond to a request within 24 hours. I love coming home from a hard days work and saying hi to Tina at the front desk! Overall, I would recommend CT to anyone looking for a place in the best location of Chicago.

So nice I made it my home TWICE! I lived at CT for four years and then I returned 4 years later and have been back nearly a year now and I still love it as much as I did my first time around. The Front Desk team is top-notch and friendly and the maintenance team is very responsive and knowledgeable. The private dog park is one of the best bonuses around. We have a really nice community of neighbors and residents and I also love that my apartment is stylish with tons of closet space and the building is solid with no noise transfer from apartment to apartment. Truly a great place to call home.
