I have had a great experience with all of the staff at Waters Edge Apartments. Tonya the manager went above and beyond to accommodate me. I have had several questions, and have had the opportunity to speak and conduct business with all of the ladies in the office, and Teanna and the other two young ladies are very caring, sweet and helpful. I'm looking forward to moving in, and my Mother also lives at this property and she loves it already. Because of the staff here at this property is why I choose to want to move in. You can make any house a home, but a home is not a home without love, and these ladies have the love here....Thank you o Tonya and her staff

I love my place here...and love the location close to the river! Tonya the manager is very kind and helpful, I have always had good interactions with her whenever I need anything. The rent is affordable and being downtown close to everything is such a bonus.
