Lived here for a year and had an amazing experience. Only moving out because I needed more space. Katie is incredibly kind and helpful. She always worked with me when I had questions or requests. Her flexibility both during my move-in and my move-out processes allowed things to go much smoother for me and I can't thank her enough for it. Hernan is also super kind. Every single time we had a maintenance request, whether big or small, he got it done quickly and was always super friendly about it. I was in one of the standard, smaller units and it was very clean and comfortable. It's one of the best one-bedroom apartments that I've seen and if it weren't for the need for extra space, we probably would have stayed another year.

Treebecka has the best management team! Katie in particular has been so reliable and a dream to work with! Anytime I need something she is quick to answer and provides great communication. She made moving in seamless and made me feel so welcomed and right at home! I am now nearing my move out date and Katie once again has made this process so easy and stress-free! The units are nice, but the 5 stars are for the people who work there!
