Lived here for a year and had an amazing experience. Only moving out because I needed more space. Katie is incredibly kind and helpful. She always worked with me when I had questions or requests. Her flexibility both during my move-in and my move-out processes allowed things to go much smoother for me and I can't thank her enough for it. Hernan is also super kind. Every single time we had a maintenance request, whether big or small, he got it done quickly and was always super friendly about it. I was in one of the standard, smaller units and it was very clean and comfortable. It's one of the best one-bedroom apartments that I've seen and if it weren't for the need for extra space, we probably would have stayed another year.

Treebecka has the best management team! Katie in particular has been so reliable and a dream to work with! Anytime I need something she is quick to answer and provides great communication. She made moving in seamless and made me feel so welcomed and right at home! I am now nearing my move out date and Katie once again has made this process so easy and stress-free! The units are nice, but the 5 stars are for the people who work there!

Overall, it is a nice, affordable place to live with no major issues. The area is nice- being close to the city but still very quiet. There is a lot of nature around- with the conservation area being across the street and with there being so many trees within the community. There are however many falling branches which would often fall on the apartment. The branches were large enough that they would damage a car if they fell on them- luckily that never happened. When we alerted management of a dead tree looming over our area, they promptly took it down. Maintenance overall was a bit inconsistent. They respond very quickly to work orders. Once I called about my AC (I wasn’t angry- I was just trying to put in a work order) and he came 30 min later and fixed it on the spot! Other times they have been not as prompt but the issues were never urgent so I don’t blame them. The only thing I didn’t like in regard to maintenance was that in the beginning when I moved in I identified several things that could be fixed or that were damaged. Really I just wanted it all on paper so I wouldn’t be charged down the road- but we were given a list (verbally) and dates that things would be addressed. Some of those were never addressed where maintenance just didn’t show up. I would’ve just preferred that if they didn’t intend to fix certain things, they could have made that clear so we didn’t expect him to come day after day after rescheduling (on their part when he didn’t come). The gate was operational about 75% of the time that I lived there which of course isn’t perfect but I was only bothered that we didn’t receive any notification about it being broken or the status of the repair. At times there were notices but when the dates weren’t met or when it broke again I would have appreciated more communication. They are also very good about notifying you of certain dates with plenty of time in advance that they will need to enter the apartment for whatever reason. Over my time there there were occasional roaches- about 1 per month on average. The appliances all worked well and nothing looked very run-down (we were not in the renovated unit). There was never a mold issue or a noise issue. I would recommend it as long as it isn’t for more than two people.. seeing as there aren’t really rooms or doors within the apartment. Katie, the manager, is also very friendly.
