Our apartment homes have been remodeled with great attention to details - nothing was overlooked. Modern fixtures, hardware and color scheme throughout. Wood plank style flooring, brand new carpet, upgraded counter tops and cabinets, ceiling fans, new appliances in most apartments.

Moved in a couple months ago, everything has been great so far. Good price, all new appliances/interior of apartment. AC in unit. Management has been very responsive so far. Pool area is clean/well maintained. No complaints so far.

I have been living at Parc 48 for a little over a year and it has improved so much with the new management:) I have had no issues and would love to continue living here in the future. Thank you for continuing to make Parc 48 a nice and safe community for us :)
