The property includes the latest landscape trends, a courtyard water feature, patio furniture, and a dog run. Each apartment contains white interiors, cedar colored hardwood floors, recessed canned lighting and stainless steel appliances. Residents are minutes away from the Dallas North Tollway, as well as the famous Oak Lawn strip and Uptown shopping scene.

Okay, so Daniel is the best leasing agent ever and the experience leasing with him has been so seamless. He was extremely personable, efficient and extremely accommodating with showing me an apartment at the last minute. He’s been really helpful throughout the whole process and I cant wait to start my lease at The District!

I really love this community. My studio apartment is well designed (320 square feet but 100% livable), modern, and was immaculately clean and in order when I moved in. I am so happy with the District that, when my lease was up, I decided to move into one of the larger one-bedroom units in the same community. Yarena Guerrero was an absolute *angel* for the entire process. She was onsite basically immediately to allow me to tour the floorplan I wanted shortly after I emailed the leasing office. When the unit that was coming available wasn't quite in the location I wanted (it was street-facing instead of courtyard-facing and my courtyard view is too beautiful to give up!) she worked with me to find two other units that were coming available shortly thereafter. There were some logistical snafus with paperwork and whatnot, but she handled them with friendly, gracious professionalism. I *so* appreciate her and I am so excited to start my new lease at the District! The *only* note I'd have for property management is that the chairs in the lounge areas out in the courtyard are a bit icky with dirt and mildew. :) Everything else here is a dream!
