I have been here over two years and am very happy. The building is very quiet and the residents are friendly. The location cannot be beat. I do not have car and rarely need one. When I do there are Zipcars in the parking lot of the building. Of course most of my travel is via the T which is a five minute walk. The staff is outstanding.
