After my tour of the Bixby, I immediately knew it would be my next home. That is largely because of Katherine, the Assistant Property Manager. From the time I made my tour appointment to the signing of my lease, Katherine has been responsive to every one of my million questions and has gone the extra mile to make sure I am 100% satisfied. Aside from Katherine’s spectacular service, the Bixby’s location (in the Navy Yard, easy access to 295, 395 and 495, restaurants and bars on 8th Street and so much more….) is simply unmatched. I selected the 1 BR w/den. It’s so spacious with plenty of closet space for my extensive wardrobe. And to top it off, I get to sit under the stars on my personal rooftop terrace! I know without a shadow of a doubt that I’ve made the right choice by becoming a Bixby resident!
