Been living here for 2 years. I've stayed at 5-6 different buildings over the last 10 years, and North Harbor Tower has easily been the best experience I've had.
Every single staff member I've interacted with — from the leasing office to the front desk staff to the maintenance crew — has been friendly, helpful, accommodating, and a genuine pleasure to work. I've constantly been blown away by the speed at which things are fixed & improved, and how accommodating the team has been any time an issue has popped up.
The views are great, the amenities well-maintained, fast elevators, easy parking, and much more. But really, it's the amazing staff make this building exceptional.

I had a great experience with Harbor Tower Apartments, and I especially want to acknowledge the leasing agent, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment I inquired about availability, they were quick to respond, professional, and attentive to all my questions. They took the time to walk me through all the details, making the leasing process seamless and stress-free.
The agent went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and was always available when I needed assistance. Their friendly and approachable demeanor made me feel confident in my decision to choose Harbor Tower. The property itself is well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch, making it an excellent place to live.

I've recently moved into North Harbor Tower, and I really enjoy living here. Michael from the leasing office is absolutely fantastic! He's incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. Whenever I encounter any issues, he addresses them with speed and friendliness. The maintenance team is also quick here. I am quite satisfied with my living experience here so far!
I’ve been living here for over a year and love it! The property management team goes above and beyond, consistently exceeding my expectations. The complex has fantastic amenities, especially the fitness center, and I really appreciate the 24/7 bellman service.

I moved in recently and had a great experience with Jackie! She was incredibly friendly, transparent and willing to go the extra mile to make my application/move-in process as easy as possible, especially during this pandemic. I have enjoyed sharing laughs with the front door staff who are all so kind and personable. From the views of the city from my apartment (pictured) to the spacious gym with all the equipment one could ever need and easy access to the lakefront path and a Mariano's just down the road, North Harbor has all one could ask for in a city living experience at an affordable rate for its location and easy access to some of the city's finest destinations!
I strongly recommend living here. The location is perfect. The windows offer great views of the lake / park. The staff and management are extremely responsive. Special thanks to Michael for his help. All necessary amenities: parking, including with electric charging, many elevators, swimming pool, grill, sunbathing area, sauna, gym, dog walking area, lounge areas, grocery store.

I have been living in the US and at North Harbor Tower since late May, 2022 and it has made my experience much better than I could expect. They have such a professional administration and friendly staff, bringing our well-being as top priority! From times to times, you can expect having some fun gather together to celebrate and get to meet your neighbors, from Summer party to Christmas / Holidays celebration, but also "Week of well-being" or similar events - a nice sense of community. We are leasing a renovated unit, plenty of space and adding to that the building amenities, which helps even more now during Winter or rainy days. Just recently I had to ask for maintenance support, the building own staff came to help very quickly and again in such a professional way. I am very happy with my experience!

Living here from the past three months and I love this place. The staff and doormen are very warm and welcoming. Any issue reported is handled immediately. Overall a good vibe. Only thing I did not like is that there are no options for Wifi other than RCN, and we have to pay 65$ for the most basic plan.
Other than that I love everything about the place, they have a great gym, indoor pool, library and working lounge also.
