I recently moved into this apartment, and my first impression has been very positive. The building is spotless, with well-lit hallways at night, giving a real sense of security. My apartment is well-maintained, and everything feels clean and welcoming. The management team has been very supportive, a special thanks to Nicole, who was patient and professional, offering genuine support, which meant a lot as I’m new to the area. Overall I feel good about my decision to live here so far!

The staff at the leasing office are very nice and understandable. They are good listeners and are always willing to help. They make sure you are alright, and they also provide plenty of snacks for visitors. The amenities are also very good, such as the gym and the pools. It is not perfect, but I would definitely recommend the Grand Costa Mesa to others who are looking for a place to live. It is a very safe and welcoming community.

I lived here for 2 years, and there was so much to love about it. When I moved in, it was under the name "the Camden Martinique" Apartments, and they were good, but it looks like the new management with "The Grand" are really making some amazing improvements. Too bad I have been relocated, and am moving to another location out of town, as I really enjoyed living here. There are numerous pools (4 pools/jacuzzis, I believe) scattered throughout the property, and all seemed to be cleaned frequently. The main pool is under a major overhaul, and I can only imagine it will be beautiful. The grounds are also nicely maintained as well. There were a few irresponsible pet owners leaving their dog's business without picking it up, but you get that everywhere. They also did a great job at keeping the buildings clean. The office staff and maintenance crew were also very friendly and courteous. Sometimes, places are nice when you're just about to rent or are moving in, but once you're in, they move on, but the staff here are all very friendly. A special shout-out to Brooke, the manager there, who often went above and beyond to help out with any and all situations. I had a rather unfortunate personal financial issue that came up while living there, and she really helped me through it, and maintained a professional and upbeat attitude the whole time, which I appreciated to no end. Also, all of the maintenance staff are awesome and friendly as well. I especially want to mention Paco and Franklin, who also went above and beyond when things weren't working properly. (It happens everywhere you go, but how they resolve issues is the difference between good and great, and these guys were great!! Anyway, I'm sorry I'm not going to be around for all of the major improvements they are doing, including and renovating a lot of the older apartments with all new everything. If you're looking in Costa Mesa, definitely check out "the Grand" as a potential future apartment. I'm going to miss the place!
