I can't begin to express how grateful I am to have found my new home here at Legacy Trails. It is one of the most beautiful places I have lived and the sense of community here is just beyond amazing. From before I moved in my experience with the staff has been nothing but amazing. The first staff member I encountered was Katie when I called asking about the property, when I got off the phone with her I felt so welcomed, she was engaging, friendly and I could tell she truly cares about the people she comes in contact with. When I came to tour the property the genuine welcoming feeling carried over, honestly it carried over during my whole move in experience. I have never had such a flawless easy move in experience anywhere. Even after moving in the friendliness from Katie has carried over if she sees me walking on the property with one of my dogs she always stops to say hi. I have also never lived at a property that is so on top of their communication with their residents. Also Ann the main property manager has the same level of care and concern for residents as well. And Russell and Andrew of the maintenance team are top notch they do such a great job at keeping the property looking so beautiful. I can't express just how top notch and how friendly all the staff is here. I also love living in the community of Ridgefield it is one of the most community orientated serene places i have ever lived. So thank you so much to you Katie for making my move here to Legacy Trails so seamless.

Katie made moving into my first apartment the easiest experience. She was so kind and considerate to our needs and made it one of the best experiences. I would highly recommend her and the apartments. The apartments have been very quiet and relaxing. If you’re looking for luxury apartments these would be great apartments for you!!
