Each apartment home is approximately 672 square feet, with access to the on-site laundry room and off-street parking. Private patio or courtyard and end-of-street location provide a quiet retreat to small town life. Home Amenities: -Updated kitchen -Updated flooring -Single level layout -On-site laundry room access and some units have in-unit hookups -Private patio or courtyard -24-hour maintenance contact center -Pets welcome Community Features: -Columbia River -Sand Island -McCormick Park -Campbell Park -Local shops and dining -Community concerts Online Applications: - Each applicant over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
