My daughter and I moved here 6 months ago, and we have lived living here. The common areas and landscaping are very nice, with doggy play areas, BBQs, and the pool/gym are good (with plans to upgrade soon, plus!!) I am very grateful for the leasing and maintenance staff - Ruby, Alan, Jose, et al - they are always available and willing to help out with any requests. And I appreciate the quick attention that staff and maintenance have for any service requests, or issues. Every time a request is submitted, they address it promptly and with care for all residents. This is a great place to live!

The community is great, the leasing office and staff is wonderful! I never have to wait more than a day for any type of repair in my apartment. I've lived her for over 3 years and absolutely love it. I have 3 kids and I love that they can go play around the complex and feel safe. They also hold little events for our community during holidays (for example, pumpkin carving during Halloween). Just today, the staff was out bright and early handing out breakfasts as we drove out! How awesome is that?!?!?! :) Thank you for being a wonderful place to live Serena Vista!
