I absolutely love living here! Its a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. I love the scenery especially by the clubhouse/office. I'm in a renovated unit and it's so modern. Staff is great! I would definitely recommend Stratford Chase to my family and friends.

Heather and her team are definitely the shinning star of this place, i am still a current tenant and i email her anytime and she will get back to me asap, i hope you see this Ms Heather, i do appreciate all you do for this place, i wish they have a 3 bedroom. I have lived here 3 years no single roach not until a dirty tenant moving next to me, i never had any issue with the previous tenant, one night my whole garage, my car covered with maggots from the new neighbor leaving out their trash for days. I stayed up all night cleaning out my garage, my car, it was terrible, i have recorded video of the whole scenario, thought i had it all then they brought roaches which i still deals with till today, apartment tried to do treatment but up to date there is still roaches, i am just tired bothering Heather over this because she tried, they end up sending those new tenant away but i still face the roach challenges till now. Looking forward to 3 bedroom somewhere else hopefully moving out soon but it is a very good place to live, i will give them my 9 out of 10. Even one of the office lady i forgot her name tried to steal my rent thank the Lord i was paying attention to it but i guess they let her go and the management sent out a general email about it, i don't see her anymore and since then i have no other complain than the continuous dealing with the roach. Heather you a blessing to this management. Thank you so much.
