Loved this place. Great location, walk to all the fun places on 14th Street, 17th Street and DuPont Circle. With the little triangle park across the street and the large trees in front it felt like living in a park. Very bright, lots of windows and no building across the street, loved it. And the management was awesome. I have never lived in building (and I’ve lived in many that called themselves ‘luxury’) where management and service teams were this responsive. No matter what the request, IMMEDIATELY taken care of. Tyler in the office doing an amazing job running these buildings. Had to leave to accommodate my WFH needs.

The Windermere Harrowgate Apartments is my favourite apartment building in DC. I loved every day of my stay there during 13 months! It's clean, quiet, with great neighbors. Apartments have washing and drying machines in the units, which is super comfortable. The management company is very responsive to all the maintenance requests. Once I submitted a request - someone came to me in 15 minutes. Had a great experience living there.
