After living here for a few years, I feel no rush to move. This is a great apartment community that’s reasonably priced, with friendly neighbors and staff overall. The office staff has been fantastic to work with and always approachable for a quick chat. The facility is excellent, nestled in a quiet corner with easy access to local dining and shopping. I especially love having the greenway entrance right across from the building, it makes my trips to Trader Joe’s so easy!

I had the pleasure of living at Berkshire Dilworth Apartments for the past year, and it has truly been a fantastic experience. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Michelay, Dani and Vanessa made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail in the layout and finishes is evident, and it really feels like a luxurious place to call home. I particularly enjoyed the open-concept kitchen and living area, which was perfect for entertaining guests. One of the standout features of Berkshire Dilworth is its prime location. It's nestled in the heart of Dilworth, which means you have easy access to some of Charlotte's best dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The neighborhood is vibrant, safe, and a joy to explore on foot. The amenities at this complex are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped, the pool area is a great place to relax, and the rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of the city. It's clear that the management team takes great pride in maintaining these spaces.
