Katy Place is an excellent place to live and I would recommend it to anyone in search of an apartment. It's in a great location (access to MKT trail, highway is easily accessible, and you'll be right next to shopping, grocery store, and a gym). The rent is affordable, the apartments and amenities are nice, the leasing and maintenance staff are both kind and responsive.

I have lived at Katy Place for 13 years. After many years as a homeowner, this is now the place I am happy to call home. Positive comments are being made about our new property manager who is very detailed and takes her job seriously. The maintenance crew is great. They usually come quickly, depending upon the serious nature of the issue. The community also reflects the good care of the grounds keeper. Many updates have been made during the last few years, inside and out. I have the two bed/ two bath layout, which is a spacious arrangement. I am always proud to have family and friends visit.
