Some of our buildings are designated non-smoking for both residents and guests. Adjacent to Yates Park, enjoy the scenic lake, sandy beach, playground, and picnic areas. Take in the festivals, art shows, and year-round activities that keep Orchard Park a "small friendly town" just minutes from the city of Buffalo, NY!

Green Lake Apartments have the most beautiful view out of any apartment village in Orchard Park. Just steps away from the lake which you can walk most of the way around. We have lived here for over 3 years in one of the town homes. The Property Manager, Debbie, takes great care of her renters and is extremely reliable. We love it here.

Green Lake Apartments has been a great place to call home. The beautiful park across the street, very quiet but friendly neighbors, and a kind/responsive maintenance team have all been amazing extra perks to renting here. If we did not have to relocate, I would love to continue calling this place my home. Thanks Debbie & Green Lake Team :)
