Tenant gets half of the two car attached garage. Tenant pays gas, electric, and is responsible for snow removal. Water, garbage, recycling, and grass cutting are included in the rent. Tenant(s) must have references as well as a credit score of 725 or higher; tenant(s) must complete a lease application. 1-year lease required. 1st month rent and Security deposit due at signing. No pets. No smoking or vaping. Owner/Landlord to provide the lease. Owner is a NYS Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker. Square footage reflected in the tax records is for the entire building. The upper unit's square footage is 1,200.
