New renter here. Experience is nice. Neighbors are friendly. The view from the balcony is very pretty. Managers, especially John, do a great job in property maintenance and communication. The room layout is nicer than many newly built apartments.

Been here about 6 months now. It's been a very positive experience so far. The complex is tucked away in a neighborhood across from an elementary school. Stays quiet during the day and at night. My mailbox is right across from my front door and I have a good size second floor balcony. I have no complaints whatsoever.
