Jaime Garcia was a great residence manager. Pleasant. Responsive. Thoughtful. Accommodating. The building is relatively new, was kept clean and is in a generally quiet and safe location between the Vanderbilt and Belmont campuses and walking distance to restaurants, stores and the post office. We chose this building over others in Nashville because it has fewer residents (it didn't feel like a college dorm), the costs were lower or comparable and wasn't in the thick of the city noise and Nashville chaos.

One of my favorite things about this complex is its location. Tucked away on a quite street, you wouldn't know that it is in walking distance of Belmont, Vanderbilt, and 21st Ave. As a young professional, I love having access to fun city amenities while also feeling like I live in a safe and well-maintained neighborhood. Additionally, the staff at Belcourt is incredible and has made living here an amazing experience. Very lucky to have them!
