It's a fantastic experience living in Avalon. Plenty of facilities, located in a beautiful environment, at 5 minutes walking to downtown. Interesting location for easy shopping. Also the Avalon Service is fast, and always well done. I am really happy to live here. I recommand this place. Well done Avalon !!!

I've been living at Avalon White Plains for some time now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire staff is fantastic, from the friendly and helpful concierge team to the efficient and reliable maintenance crew. A special shoutout to Sandra, Jennifer, and Daniel, who always go above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and taken care of. Whether it's handling packages, helping with requests, or just greeting you with a smile, they truly make a difference.
