If I could give more stars, I would! The whole team at Reside on Barry (management, leasing, maintenance) are all wonderful. They make you feel right home, the minute you pull up with the Uhaul. The apartments are beautiful and spacious (we had a 2 bedroom). It was the first time in an apartment that I could barely hear other tenants in the building while inside my apartment. It was amazing! If we ever decide to move back to Chicago, we will search for Reside properties first. Highly recommend.

Great location! CVS and Mariano's is right next door. Although close to a busier street, there has not been a noise issue. The gym is more well-kept than other apartments and larger than average. Julio, part of the maintenance team, made the move-in experience wonderful. He is very kind and helpful. I look forward to seeing him when I come to the lobby. The features of the apartment are really nice and well renovated. Some renovations are currently going on through 2024, which include water shut-offs and some noise during business hours, but we were made aware of this through email communication. Clean building, gym/laundry room on ground floor, dishwasher in-unit, and the intercom system technology for guests is great. No complaints thus far!
