CONS: • My bike was stolen. I should not have left it outside locked up. All the bikes are stolen or go missing. Being a rural boy, I did not know better than to trust a cheap lock. • My car was broken into and attempted to be hijacked (I will never buy a Kia again) ruining the ignition and tearing off the windshield wiper switch. • People leave mattresses and carpets lying around the complex and in the pool area. • It cost $2 to work each of the the community washing machine units and $1.75 to work each of the dryer units. • Small space inside the complex. • Railing is rusted and can be a hazard. • One of my mail packages went missing. It could have been USPS or it could have been stolen. I have not had anything else go missing in the mail. • Occasionally, the unhoused community will be dumpster diving. PROS: • Our apartment has not been broken into. I have not heard of anyone else’s apartment being broken into. • Close to Baylor: I am a 13 minute walk to my Baylor class location. I am like a 4 minute bike ride to my Baylor class location. • Some of our neighbors are friendly. • Campus Realtors have done a good job at responding to plumbing maintenance requests and they spray the apartment for insects monthly. • I like that there is a free pool. • Spectrum internet is solid. • AC works well in winter and summer. • Our rent price is not too bad. • We have not had a problem with loud neighbors. • Close walking distance to the Dancing Bear Pub. • Close walking distance to Valero. • There is a nice tree in the middle. • The wooden beams are nice.

DESPITE THE RENT BEING PAID EARLY EVERY MONTH, THIS BUILDING HAS BEEN ROACH INFESTED FOR MONTHS BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO TREAT THE WHOLE BUILDING. LANDSCAPING POORLY KEPT. MAINTENANCE DOES NOT SHOW UP AT THEIR SCHEDULED TIMES OR DOESN'T SHOW UP AT ALL. POOR COMMUNICATION. NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS WORSE THAN THE LAST AND THEY RAISED THE RENT AFTER TAKING OVER 😡 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 5/1/2023
