I lived at The Bend at New Roads for about two years, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Any apartment complex can make building and the apartments inside aesthetically very pleasing, but the true test comes when an unforeseen problem arises and how well and quickly it is addressed. The Bend at New Roads has one of those management and maintenance teams that spring into action immediately to resolve any issues. Marisa and Melissa have always been incredibly responsive and had genuinely cared for the residents, making them feel valued and heard. The proficient on-site maintenance team was another huge plus of staying here. I have had a splendid time at this apartment complex, but have to leave now due to a job transfer and I know that it will be hard to find a place as good as this one :( If you are looking for a place in Waco, TX where management truly cares about your living experience and maintenance issues are swiftly handled, this is the place to be.
