Located next to the Crookston Sports Center, The Meadows offers studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, central heat and AC, in-unit laundry, an individual balcony or deck, and a garage and parking spot. Water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent. Property amenities include an elevator, dog run, security system, and off-street parking. The Meadows is non-smoking and pet-friendly! There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $500 plus $50 per month Pet Rent. Proof of spay/neuter and up-to-date vaccinations are also required.
